I just want perma 60+ fps in Path of Exile - help me build my computer

I built a computer a little over a year ago, and the thing has sucked ass ever since I got it, at gaming. I think something was broken in it, probably the power supply, but I digress. I'd like to not make that mistake again.

All I want is for Path of Exile to run at perma 60fps+ even in a max group, so here's what I'm thinking:

i7 4770k
Zalman LED cpu cooler (I really like these, I think they're pretty)
Z87-G45 GAMING mobo
ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B 80PLUS Bronze Certified
7200 rpm hd I already have
I will probably add a 250gb ssd later
32gb g.skill 1600 mhz ram I already have

Thoughts? Help? Should this set up not destroy path of exile?

EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B 80PLUS Bronze Certified - This one is on sale for $60. The gold is $109, and it also has 100 less watts... Not sure what to pick there. I'll probably never do SLI.

For sure you will never do sli go for the 650 gold it will save power.

I thought I would never do sli but my cards were getting a little dated and it was a cheaper way to add some additional power so just be sure.

bronze is ok, if the difference is small then you can go for gold. but if it's too much then id rather get bronze or silver, the extra efficiency will take years to pay itself back anyway

You don't need a 4770k, You should get an i5 4670k instead The noticeable difference in gaming is very minimal between these CPU's.
