I keep getting BSOD randomly

I keep getting BSOD at random but frequent times sometimes twice in one sitting. the problem is while i have done some recommended fixings like turning off fast startup it keeps happening. here is a list of the error codes:
-IRQL not less or equal
-Kmode exception not handled
-page fault in nonpaged area( what failed nvlddmkm.sys)
-IRQL(again)
-kernel security check failure
-timer or dpc invalid
-kmode exception
-kmode exception
-system thread exception not handled(this one was while typing this)

i havent found any common thread between them, im not running anything super intense at the time
i have done some updates as recommended but obviously theres something more please help me

Download and run memtest86. Let's first make sure your RAM is ok.

so i ran memtest and i 0 errors after 4 passes

Check and make sure BIOS is up to date. Also, check to make sure and GPU drivers are up to date. Use DDU tool to remove all traces of old GPU drivers and install current version.
