I keep getting Code 43 which is "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" with graphics.

It seems Windows doesn't want me to have graphics, period. I've tried uninstalling the driver, reinstalling, updating. Nada.

I've reinstalled Windows and it always works for the first two or three times I boot up, and then I get the Code 43 error again.

Even if I don't use a GPU, I still get Code 43 for Intel HD graphics!

The links above plus this one after that adn a clean install of your drivers after all of it will fix your issues: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html

Also strongly suggest that you remove the GT 610 and sell it, as the integrated graphics on teh i5 6500 is more modern and significantly more powerful. You literally have no reason to put that joke of a...
i5 6500
Nvidia GT 610
Tried Intel HD as well with no card, doesn't work. Yes, latest drivers for both.
Mushkin 512GB SSD
8GB DDR4
Windows 10 64-bit

Latest drivers from both GeForce Experience Intel Driver Update Utility.

It always works for 3-4 boots, then I'll restart and no graphics.

Also, it works for 3-4 boots after a fresh install of Windows and installing the updates/drivers, should have specified that. After that, it's "Code 43".

Once it fails after those few boots, I'll reinstall the drivers, and it works until I restart just once, and then I'll get "Code 43".

I've been reinstalling Windows all day trying to get this to work.

Obviously the drivers work, because during that time I can play HEVC files and have some game graphics, but it fails guaranteed after a few boots. Once I reinstall the drivers, it works once again, playing HEVC files and games, but if I reatart just once, it's gone again.

This is so stupid to me, because obviously it works, Windows just fails to recognize it and disables it.
