I know this is dumb, but where can I get thermal paste? Is this included to the processor? or I'll have to buy seperate. Thanks

You can buy separate paste, some of which can perform a few C better than stock pastes.
Most aftermarket coolers come with either a tube of paste, or some pre applied.
Some processors come with a stock cooler with paste applied.

Generally though, spend the few bucks and buy some Arctic-MX4 to keep on hand.

Does AMD Ryzen 1700 has applied thermal paste? It has a stock cooler right? so assume there's a thermal paste already applied. Thanks for answering

You will get stock thermal paste with a lot of processors you buy, but buying higher quality 3rd party thermal paste isn't a huge expense and can really help your rig. Honestly, if you have to skimp on thermal paste, then you shouldn't be building a rig anyway. Go ahead and just get some Arctic Silver or something. Like, it's either you get after market or you don't. You don't: you screwed up. You do: you probably did okay. Not really complicated or that much to it.
