I am helping my dad and I have adobe premiere elements 14 he has premiere pro 2008 and we want to burn HD DVDs and I have the option to do AVCHD 1920x1080 on DVDs and he just has stander DVD 720x480. I tried downloading on encoder 2019 and that had nothing. why AVCHD 1920x1080 for DVDs not on encoder 2019 it is the biggest software on the planet. I have adobe premiere elements 14 so simpler the software is the easier it gets.

Back in 2008 there were only DVDs, not BDs. It's time for your dad to upgrade (or for you to make him a BD present).
