Question I left my PC off for 2 weeks then tried to power it on, but it wouldn't turn on, just flashing lights ?

I left my PC for 2 weeks because I went to my hometown because it's Eid Mubarak. Today I went back to my home and turned my PC on. It was just flashing (my PC lights), and it wouldn't turn on. When I try to switch to another PC, it still won't turn on why's that?

Yes, I have tried. Now I'm using the Korean PSU for temporary
