I lose fps when gaming

Hello,

When I'm gaming on my laptop it will get a random FPS drop when playing games and I have to restart the game for it to be fixed, (the game I'm playing is Rainbow Six Siege).
I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else.

specs for my laptop

CPU: i5 8250U
GPU: AMD radeon 520
Windows 10 Home
