I have a GigaByte Aorus b550 pro ac board and a
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU 8 Core 4.4GHz Boost CPU running Windows 11.
After installing my windows 11 and various programs, I installed Macrium reflect and made a backup image.
I then made a Macrium Rescue disk on a pen drive.
However when I rebooted from the rescue disk to test it, I got an error saying this type of disk is not supported.
Now, I am not sure, but I think the error said something about GPT not supported.
Can anyone advise ?

I use Macrium, but can't recall anyone having that issue.

You chose the USB flash drive from a boot menu using an F key??

Can you boot from that same flash drive on some other PC?

There are certain choices to be made when you make the rescue USB. Can you remake it using other choices? I think it would be properly formatted within Macrium during the process.

Can you make another rescue disk using a different flash drive?

I am about to do so now. Last time it stopped the windows boot manager from booting and I had to do a reinstall. Here goes !
