Question i made some optimiazations in bios and now my pc wont open

i just made some optimizations in bios like uping the base clock of my cpu and now my pc opens and closes by itself

Clear CMOS to revert your BIOS changes back to factory default.

Clear the CMOS on your motherboard, by powering the system down, disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery for at least 30 minutes. Replace the battery and you should be back to square one for your board but you should regain functionality.
