I may have a faulty motherboard

I have had this problem for a very long time now. What would happen is that a lot of the times my ethernet cable would not be detected and then would come back quickly. I have even purchased a new ethernet adapter and a linksys wireless adapter that will not work on this computer but i have tested it out on my laptop and works fine. Another problem i encounter is that the speedtests that i run and whatever i download on this computer, the download and upload speed is halved from what i get. I used to get 2mb/s download and now i download things at around 1.1 mbs to 1mb/s. This is extremely infuriating. I also play a lot of competitive online games such as counter strike, league of legends and overwatch and one very big problem is that my computer will completely freeze upright. I notice that my ethernet will say its not connected before it completely freezes and all i can hear is a buzzing sound. I have looked up many fixes and i have ran scans on malewarebytes for any malware but it has not fixed it. I believe this problem does not stem from my graphics card or ethernet cables as i have tested them out on my laptop and they still work normally. I really do believe it is a motherboard problem and would like to know if i am correct or not.
Thanks to all those that can help me!

I have absolutely no idea. I have searched up many fixes on the internet and tried them. I have even messaged linksys tech support but to no avail. However i will reinstall Windows on a newer ssd to see if that fixes the problem thank you

I had a different ssd on hand and had a different copy of windows and such. The same problem persists.

nope the wireless card still cannot be read. More specifically on my hdd it says that it recognizes it but it will not enable.
