Im going to be a bit direct. -few days ago I'm overclocking. I over clocked too much and when Windows boots, it Boots into a black screen. I used the AMD settings tool do it (can't remember the name of it at this time) i have tried taking the battery out of the motherboard and then realizing I'm an idiot because that's for the CMOS. I have "black screened" myself before and i have simply booted into safe mode, uninstall the drivers and reboot. But the drivers won't uninstall anymore. The bar gets about 5cm down the screen and freezes. I promise I'm not being impatient, I've left it there for 4 days. If someone knows another way i could fix this that would be great. Thanks!
Specs- 10gb ddr3 Kingston ram
- Sapphire r9 290 gpu
-AMD fx 6300 black cpu
-Asus m5 a97 r2.0 motherboard
-veiwsonic widescreen monitor

Ok so, again im an idiot. You can find ddu applications out there. I just booted into safe mode and downloaded one of these. It was extremely easy and it worked. F only thing i had to do was reinstall the drivers when i got back into Windows 7 and change my settings to the way i had them.
