I put my whole new pc build together and didn't realize I needed to route the CPU power wires behind the cable bar. This is my first build so forgive me . I’m wondering if I can leave the CPU power wires tucked behind the graphics card like this or if the heat from the GPU could damage the wires? The CPU wires are kinda wedged between the gpu and the case , touching the gpu . Also, the motherboard power cable is kind of laying on or near the GPU too.

other than aesthetics does this matter?

im gonna upgrade cpu and gpu next spring so I could just fix the cables then if it can wait . Kinda don’t wanna have to tear it all back apart unless it’s absolutely necessary , I wanna go do some gaming

Take the time to do it right.

Likely that it may not be as difficult as you think and you will also be free of lots of potential worries.

Plus the satisfaction that you recognized potential problems and fixed them.

My vote = "do over".

Just my thoughts on the matter.
