I messed up

I messed up, I got a new ssd today and installed it right, then forgot to activate my windows 10, and formatted the hdd that had my windows on it. I have a usb with windows on it. DO I have to pay 200 for it,

I'm back. I just fouND out that it was windows 7 home premium. Is there anything I can do with that.

Could the problem be I selected pro instead of home premium when I booted via flash

Yup I would say thats the prob you cant activate Pro with a Home key.

Which is why I said get the ISO with mediacreation tool and download Home
