[SOLVED] I need a case for a Mini ITX, console killer-like build

I am planning to upgrade my PC build in Q4 and I am planning the build to be a console-killer style build.

However, I am experiencing difficulties in choosing a Mini ITX case for my build.

My PC's purpose is to play games.

Any case is fair game, as long as it abides to the conditions.
So, here are my conditions.

The case MUST (must follow these conditions):
1. Cost $150 or less

2. Be a Mini ITX case

3. Not be one of these:
All Lian-Li cases
NCase cases
Sentry case
Other cases (I will update this list if you suggest a case that isn't available in my country)

4. Not be too big (like Phanteks Evolv ITX, NZXT H210, NZXT Manta, Silverstone GD08, etc.)

Bonus points (optional) if the case:
1. Has enough clearance for AMD Wraith Stealth CPU Cooler

2. Supports an ATX PSU

3. Has (at least) one 3.5" Drive Bay

4. Has a form factor of one of these:
Console-like (like Fractal Design Node 202)
Small Cube (like Silverstone SG13)

5. Costs $100 or less

6. Can fit a reference GPU (10.5") or longer

The case you're looking for is called an HTPC case (Home theater Personal Computer). The first one I don't think you'll be able to fir a GPU standing up without a riser cable and mounting bracket holding it vertically, so you'll have to find that. And if you're feeling really hardcore DIY, find a way to water cool it.

Unfortunately, Silverstone ML03 is not available in my country.
Silverstone GD09 is too big for my taste.
Fractal Design Node 304 looks awesome. I'll consider that.

Unfortunately, Skyreach 4 Mini isn't available in my country.
InWin A1 Plus costs more than $150, but I'm going to make a special exception for it because it comes with a PSU.
I like the 3 cases that you recommended. I'll consider those.
