I need a case which offers high air cooling

I looked at carbide air 740 and next 340elite both looks good
But I need high air cooling case
So I here for professional(tomshardware) advice
iam torn between thermaltake 71tg and above two and silverstone RLO6
i also needed advice for buying fans for the case which u guys recommend
i need highest cooling possible
under 200$

Nzxt s340 elite has not got amazing airflow, the other two were fine.
Corsair ml 120/140 are very good
Be quiet silent wings 3 are also very good.
