[SOLVED] I need a fitting similar to this (double barbed elbow).

These are black brass, but I'd like chrome or nickel plated:

2 barbs, any diameter, elbow, but chrome or nickel plated. I've looked all over.

I couldn't seem to find any either. They have similar ones, but not nickle or chrome. You may think about an adaptor and two barbs to make the 90 in your color choice.

Also I see you posted links from frozencpu, I would stay far away from that place. A quick Google search will show you why.

Here in the UK, I think I have found what you are looking for by searching for "right angle elbow <your material desired>".
