[SOLVED] I need a good GPU that can run fortnite in a SFF computer (Dell Optiplex 790 SFF)

So, I'm doing a budget build and i've only got about $50 left for a gpu, It needs to be compatible and only requirement other then $50 or under is a stable 60 fps on Fortnite / Overwatch ( Graphics don't matter, just as long as it gets the job done), any help is very appreciated, thanks.

I said a stable 60 fps not 12.

You won't get 12 FPS it would be more around 40 - 50 FPS on Fortnite and you can look for deals on more high-end GPU's but without deals, I feel like that's the best option.
