My PC specs are: Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 motherboard, intel i5 4690k CPU, 8GB RAM and unfortunately intel HD 4600 Desktop GPU. Yeah, I just got my PC but my money wasn't enough to buy a good GPU with it. It's enough for me if I can play Witcher 3 on it, with at least medium settings. Looking for your advices, thanks.

Your cpu is good and can handle just about any single card out there. Depending on your budget the newer 380x 4gb runs $200-$230 depending on current sale and rebates and will out perform a 370 significantly and destroy a 960. With OC a 380x can come pretty close to a 970 a some games.

They used a different cpu but with your i5k any of the mentioned cards will not perform any better or worse, were talking 1-3fps max if any difference at all. Your cpu is a beast when it comes to gaming so dont even worry about that.
