Hi! I have a MSI B360 Gaming Plus motherboard and with a i3-9100f and I need a good RAM.
Would be the TeamGroup DDR4 3200 16GB T-Force Delta RGB compatible and good? (F4D416G3200HC16CDC01 )
Or what would you recommend?

That's fine, but you won't be able to run it at anything greater than 2666MHz on a non-Z series mobo.
