You need to use the telephone to contact MS Support. Tell the rep. that you need the fix described in article #269218.

So you don't know how to operate a telephone then? No problem, I'll help you
as it can be very daunting for a first time user.

1) Pick up the receiver (that's the bit with the curly wire attached
though, if your phone is wireless, it's the whole thing sitting in the
recharging cradle).

2) You will see a number of buttons with digits on (some phones also have
letters on the buttons). You need to press them in the order indicated by
the phone number - in this case you need to press 8 followed by 6 and then
another six. With me so far? Let me know if there's anything you don't
understand. The next bit is more difficult as you have to use letters. Don't
worry, it's quite easy. Simply press the corresponding number key with the
letter on. So for 'P' you need to press 7, for 'C' you need to press 2, and
so on.

3) You will here a ringing noise, often referred to as a 'ring tone'
(though don't let the jargon confuse you). You will then hear an automated
voice which may ask you to press another button in order to be transferred
to the correct department. Just follow the instructions.

4) Congratulations! You've just made your very first phone call! Maybe
you can now call your mother and tell her all about your new found skill.
Though it does beg the question, if you can't operate a phone how you can
manage to operate a computer! Well, you can't really. You can't manage to
post to the correct group for a start! This group is for XP. The patch you
require applies to 98/ME only.

I see you needed yet another release due to the yeasty discharge build-up in your hole! Do yourself a favor, don't reply, see your doctor (though I know he/she hates seeing you), and then stop fü¢king guys without first checking that they don't have that dried, crusty, yellowish discharge on their dìcks!
