ANY modern motherboard will support a GTX1060.
But, we need to know what I5 processor you have or intend to use.
Past that, not all ddr3 will work.
Skylake I5, LGA1151 for instance does have motherboards that supports DDR3.
BUT... only low voltage 1.35v not the usual 1.5v that previous generations used.
Edit... I see you have some DDR3. Unless it is 1.35v or 1.2v, it will not work.
Sell your ddr3 and plan on a new kit of DDR4 ram.
As to motherboard, any LGA1151 motherboard will work equally well. Even inexpensive H110 motherboards.
Pick your favorite vendor and motherboard size.
And... since this is presumably for gaming, consider the $125 I3-6100. It is probably a better gamer than the I5-6400.
