[SOLVED] i need a new Io plate for my graphics card

i got a commuter from a guy on ebay and the graphics card doesnt have an io plate/bracket. where can i get one?
XFX RX 580 black edition
i sent a service request to XFX but they never responded

That's probably the best option, unless you happen to find a DOA "parts only" version of that card on ebay cheap.
How did you end up with a card with no bracket? Did the seller say why he had no bracket?

no, he isnt being helpful with any of the issues that there were. And XFX still hasnt responded to me about the missing bracket.

If he won't accept returns, I guess he screwed you then. Might be able to jury-rig the card temporarily to use it until you find either the bracket or a DOA card to buy. I'd contact ebay and see what they say about the bad deal. They're supposed to have a guarantee against that sort of thing.
