I was looking at a A10-7700k but know I don't know what to do because it is APU what does that mean and I cand get intel so If you recommend somthing let it be amd I have around 100-150 dollars I can spend

Yes you can get them even cheaper, but do yourself a favour and don't buy that cheap chinese stuff as they are potentially dangerous and can fry your whole PC. get a Entry-Level Corsair or EVGA one to sleep well at night.

I found this CPU would this work with my psu now 350 w

AMD Athlon X4 880K with 125W Thermal Solution

even the A10-7700k would work with 350W if the PSU really supplies that. Most cheap PSUs write that they have 350/500/800W but only deliver half of it or even less. The Athlon X4 880K is a CPU without integrated GPU as well

It supports a fm2+ socket does that mean I will have to buy a graphics card also?

Yes the ports on the mainboard for your monitors are only activated when a APU with integrated GPU is in the socket. In case of the Athlon X4 880K the ports are disabled and you would need to plug in a dedicated Graphics card and of course that graphics card would need more power

Your question is somewhat confusing.... I think you mean CPU or GPU? but that also makes no sense ecause the 7700K has an integrated GPU that is powerful enough to play CSGO no problem. If it was CPU/PSU then i would get the PSU first.
