I need a ralink driver!!!

Please help me! I need a driver for a Ralink wireless adapter card; for some reason Windows isn't finding the driver on its own. I've identified the product number as '0x14F1' as found on pcidatabase.com. Please help as I desperately need this driver. Thanks in advance!
