Question I need a sturdy mouse that can be in a backpack for long periods of time getting kicked aound and is NOT wireless

I'm in europe (Denmark to be specific). I need it for work, so general tasks. And as long as it's not too much more than 200$ all is good.

Logitech MX series. Whatever you can find. The logitech website just shows the MX100. But there have been lots of MX versions -- MX400, MX518, etc.
Corded mice are getting kind of rare.

Alternate solution.

Buy a 10 pack of $10 mice. As one breaks, pull the next out of the stack.

I agree. Carrying more than one physical device is the proper method of "high availability". That is how most mission critical devices are spec'ed.

I have found these cheap mice to be reliable. I have the previous version that didn't have the two side buttons. I have needed to replace mine once in 12+ years.
Due to the price, DKK 60 = USD 8.50, you can have a few spares.

I keep this in my laptop bag Asus ROG Gladius II, it has a cord you can leave plugged in all the time and if needed can be run wireless. Ive had it for almost 4 years, its been through many of airports and dropped on lots of tile floors without issues.

I guess they now offer it as a wired only mouse as well.

I have a wireless mouse that came with a sturdy plastic case. I think it can survive some kicks while it is in the case.
