Well I wish you the best of luck, but no bottleneck is super hard to achieve. It depends on not only the hardware you use, but the settings you select in each game. So you might run into a graphics bottleneck on one title and a CPU bottleneck on another.

Your ideal situation would be a GPU bottleneck. That way you have more CPU than the graphics card can use, leaving more resources for the rest of your system, and getting the most out of the GPU.

I had an AMD HD 7970 Ghz (about the same as your 280x) with an Intel i5 3570k. Was probably the most balanced system I've had.

I personally would look at AMD Ryzen R5 1400 or Intel i3 8100.

Do you have any parts besides the GPU? At £200 for everything your probably looking at used parts unless you have maybe a HDD and tower.
