I need advice for upgrading graphics cards

I want to get something cheap. I'm looking at this graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133457&Tpk=14-133-457
and it seems like it would be an upgrade from my current integrated "Intel HD Graphics 4600".

So my first question is: Would this graphics card outperform my current integrated graphics?

Also, would you recommend I upgrade my power unit(300W), if I add this card?

-My current CPU is the Intel i7 4770 which uses 84W, besides that I'm only running my original fan, and original generic optical drive.

Finally, are CUDA cores a new standard in nVidia, or do only some cards have them? Are the necessary?

The GT 610 would be inferior to the integrated graphics of the Intel HD graphics 4600.

You have an amazing processor (i7 4770) Which can handle any game you throw at it provided with a good GPU.
Since you have a 300W PSU i suggest the GTX 750/750i.....

If you can upgrade your PSU to 400 then go for the GTX 960 its the best in its class and comparatively cheaper than other GPUs

Thanks! That is a tough choice. I actually have a 600W from another computer that I need to try and fit in my case(massive wire clutter though)

The chip used in the computer of your first link only uses 65W, would you still recommend that card if mine uses 84W on a 300W PSU?

Well its basically a 20W difference. If it was that critical the PSU should have given up. (Because it does not work on 100% efficiency) The normal range for efficiency is 85-90%. So you should be good. However, yes, if you have a 600W available then nothing like it.
