Hello, I ask you for a suggestion between two ALL IN ONE configurations. Considering that it will NOT be destined for games, but almost exclusively for browsing / downloading / movies and programming in Visual Studio, I am undecided about these two models:

ASUS ZN27OIE:

CPU: Intel I5 7400
RAM: 8GB DDR4
HDD: 1Gb (mechanical)
VIDEO CARD: Nvidia 740MX 2Gb
27 "MONITOR IPS
USB PORTS: USB2 + USB3

ACER U27-880:

CPU: Intel I5 7200U
RAM: 8GB DDR4
HDD: 1Gb (mechanical)
VIDEO CARD: Intel 620 (shared memory)
27 "MONITOR IPS
USB PORTS: USB2 + USB3 + USB3.1 Gen1

Both models have an HDMI input, so if I want to connect a console for example, I can do it.

Now, I know that the technical features are clearly in favor of Asus, but the Acer PC has the great advantage of being Fanless, so completely silent and have USB 3.1 ports.
My fear is that the fan of the PC asus is quite noisy and it would give me a lot of annoyance if it really was, while with Acer I would be safe.

In your opinion, in the use I described above, the actual difference in performance or video quality would you notice a lot?

Also, according to you if I use the asus as a monitor, then using a source connected to the HDMI input, the fan will work the same?

I ask you because I have found virtually no review of these products ....

P.Š. The PC is not for me but for a friend who absolutely wants an All in One and as a maximum expense asked me to stay on 1200 euros.

Thanks a lot in advance!

All in ones are pretty bad, you have the drawbacks of both a desktop and a laptop with almost no benefit. Not movable like a desktop, check. Screen breaks and system is down like a laptop, check. Small components in tight space with laptop custom shapes so can't replace easy or upgrade, check. Want to put the monitor in a smaller space and keep the computer elsewhere, nope.

ASUS has generally better build quality, and in your two examples it has better specs.

All-in-Ones are suitable for people that buy pre-cooked food because they don't know how to use an oven and maybe someone with specific needs, like sitting in an entry way of a business or on a wall.

The system is not for me but for a people who have ask me specifically an aio.

So, between the 2 pc I think at that point the Asus is better.

The last question is: Asus is better (in overall) than HP or lenovo too?
