i need cheap green led fans and an effective heatsink

hello friends i need to know some effective cheap green fans i don't care about the noise level i just want a bright green led fans. My cpu keeps overheating and i need a good cheap heat sink that preferably has a replaceable fan so i can change it to a green led fan cause the stock cooler for my i7 is screwing me over need advice!!!!!!

The Noctua NH-D14-2011 is a great heatsink, however if you are on a budget go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo! For fans, if you want them cheap just find some that are the matching size to the heatsinks ones on amazon!

The Noctua NH-D14-2011 is a great heatsink, however if you are on a budget go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo! For fans, if you want them cheap just find some that are the matching size to the heatsinks ones on amazon!

If you want cheap cooling go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, this isn't too loud and is good at cooling.

If you want water cooling go for the Corsair H100i, this is great at cooling but costs a lot.

Also for the LED fans you could buy some Corsair CO-9050022-WW Air Series SP120 LED 120mm. It costs £10 for 1.
