Question I need CPU help

Hello guys. Right, I just bought a brand new Ryzen 3 3200g cpu and new DDR4 ram 8gb and a new asus geforce gtx 1650gpu and a new gigabyte a320m-s2h motherboard. When I go to play my old Pro Evolution soccer game It says that the Graphics, Ram and vram are ok which im not happy about but it says the cpu is bad. What the hell...Please help all fans working properley. is there a setting i need to change or something ?

How old is your game? It may be that the CPU ID code is not recognized and therefore throws a "Not Supported" error. If that's the case then only a software update will fix this.

Hi, So i got the new Pes 2020 and it said bad rating for CPU then tried it with the older PES 2019 and it was the same.....

Then you'll need to contact the publisher and see what's up. I'm assuming that you acquired these through Steam, yes?

Yes. It just doesn't make any sense as I've essentially bought myself a whole new upgraded system (even a brand new decent 600w psu and a brand new case ) and it seems to be no better if not worse than my older system !
