SO locally have seen an offering of rtf 3060 for 450€. I am pretty new into pc building and i would like to know is this a good price or should i still keep waiting for better?

The MSRP for the RTX 3060 is $330 USD, but probably if things were better, it'd be more like $350-$360.

Obviously the market thinks otherwise, so whether or not you think it's worth buying it at roughly 50% extra is up to you.
