I need help deciding between 2 PC's

There are two PC I want to get for the purpose of gaming. I just cant decide which one is better or if I should have another option. Here are my options:

The GTX1070 wins without a doubt. Unless money is your limitation, you want the one with the 1070.

The second one is quite obviously better - more CPU cores, better gaming performance, better GPU, better PSU.

I'm not very good with numbers and letters, and if you mean the video card, I got the same one on both of them. Please just say if its the first or second one.

Your first one does NOT have a GTX 1070. It is a GTX 1050ti. That is big performance penalty compared to GTX 1070. You need to get very good at looking a the details especially looking at the number and letters. If you are not going to pay attention the specifics like that you have no one to blame when the sellers scam you.
