I watched few videos and read some stuff about turntables and everybody recommends diffrent stuff. So I came here to ask for help and to gather more information.
1. Could somebody recoomend some good turntables budget is up to 400$ (flexible if really needed) It would be nice for it to be automatic because I never used one and this will be my first one.
2. I own genius 5005 5.1 wood audio system can I use those speakers with turntable?
3. Are turntables easy to maintain? ( is there any part of turntable that need to be changed every few months or I will be good for few years)
4. Do I need anything else ?

Feel free to recommend any gadgets and give any tips.

Some info that may be useful:

I am from Serbia, so alot of stuff is not available here so im getting stuff from Germany or Austria ( If you know, please recommend me stores from where I can get things in those countries) I have job and do a lot of side quests on side ( so basicly 2 jobs) My income is about 700$ monthly (180$ goes to my mother each month cus I still live with her. (im 19))
because of that, it would be good if it were under $400, but if it can't, it doesn't have to. I can provide more info if needed. And sorry if you had a stroke because of my bad english.

Your English is fine.

I would not put much money or effort into turntables.

Mostly a fad I think. We have a "collection" (i.e. a box full) of 60's and 70's vinyl records. Bought a basic turntable ( <$100 USD) a few months ago and returned the turntable unopened.

There was really no value in the turntable and if I keep checking around I will likely find a turntable at a thrift store or yard sale. $10.00 USD.

What I remember most about turntables was replacing needles and belts.

And worries about scratching the vinyl records.

Plus lots of debates about speakers, woofer, subwoofers etc..

Just listen to music to enjoy music as best you can.

Skip the expense and hassles of vinyls and turntables.

As for the speakers you should able to use them with any number of audio sources.

Either directly or with some adapter.

In traditional turntables the output from the needle cartridge assembly requires a pre-amplifier, so you would need one of those specifically designed to work with turntable signal outputs. The alternative would be to look for a more modern turntable where the pre-amp is built into the turntable case and the output is at standard line level which could be plugged into the genius system you currently have.

As for maintenance the issue is generally dust and static so if you're in a clean environment where the humidity is not too low you should not have a problem.

Only 2 reasons to buy a turntable:

1. You already have a collection of vinyl that you want to digitize.

2. You've bought into the audiophile mindset, and want to spend megabucks.
My grandfather have huge collection of records that is In good conditionl. He have very old record player that is not working ( I forgot why) and we cant find new part to replace the broken one.

I have spare room that I wanted to use for soo long but didnt knew for what. and i remembered when I was kid (4-7 years) at my grandfathers house he was leting me use it (I just handed him records he changed them) but that turntable is broken now. So if I knew i did not have any records I would not be concidering this, but I have records that my grandfahter bought, my mother bought when she was young. and thanks again really for information, I hope u have great year.

Perhaps something like this which has RCA outputs which would connect to your existing system:

You should have three pairs of RCA jacks for two-channel audio sources, such as TV, PC, CD players, MP3 players and game consoles. You could connect it to any one pair of those that you are not currently using.
correct, thanks for explaining. Also i read that is not accualy hard to use manual turntable, and I saw that lots of people on youtube recommend at-lp120X ( I found it here https://www.mediamarkt.de/de/product/_audio-technica-at-lp120xusbbk-2524088.html ) And if you could tell me your professional opinion on it.
Best regards,

Nice mid level turntable.
Will sound much better than the other listedone.
It has a built in pre-amp so it should work well with your existing system
You system only has line level inputs.
Thanks for the answer, so just to be clear I can just order that turntabel and connect it to my speakers I dont need anything else for it to work?
