I need help figuring out what ram I need

My computer is a Dell optiplex 380. I just don't get it. My asus rogs were easy to mod and find info on but there is a bazillion different optiplex dells.

I want to go from 4 gigs to 8 gigs and install my 32 to 64 bit windows 7.

I pulled one of the 2 gigs out and the stick states

ELIDA 2GB 2RX8 PC3-10600U-9-10-B0

DDR3 240 pin ram correct? Is that all I need to look for?

All I want to do is upgrade to 8 gigs which is max capacity but I'm having a hard time figuring out which ram to buy. No I don't game

It is DDR3 RAM with timings of 9 and speed of 1333 MHz. Check any RAM within these parameters.

Your existing RAM is 1333MHz so my guess is your mobo has support for 1333MHz RAMs. Anyhow, this RAM will work. It's speed will be set to 1333MHz by defualt. You will have to use XMP profile in order to have 1600MHz speed.
