As for your question no that build won't work in that case due to the case not supporting ATX boards (only ITX/MATX).

Personally I would spend a little more and get the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG. It has room for multiple GPU's (if you like that kind of thing) and can fit two 360mm radiators at the same time, if you want to do a proper watercooling loop.
