Im currently using a Cooler Master K281 case heres the pic of it
http://assets.coolermaster.com/global/upload/product_feature/K281-1.jpg

It has got 1 rare 1 front and 1 side panel fan. Im using the front and side panel fans as intake and rare as exhaust i use to get 45 c on idle but after flipping the side fan as exhaust it raised upto 65 c i learned how fans should be placed i changed it back to its place to get a positive pressure but after changing it back i did a mistake i removed the heatsink and placed it back and noticed the thermal paste is all dried up and after putting the heatsink back without applying thermal paste since i dont have it the temp on idle is around 85 c my mind was blown after looking at that and i immediately shut down the pc

As this fan does have room for fans on the top like other fans do im planning to buy Deepcool Tesseract heres a pic of it http://deepcool.com/ProductPic/ProductPic/NewPic//Tesseract%20SW/design02.jpg
I want to use watercooling for cpu and a single radiator would be enough for my budget but if i use single radiator at the top i would still have room for another fan beside it in this new case will it be ok to use that room for another exhaust fan so the fan directions will be placed this way --> front 2 fans as intake top 2 fans as exhaust one for cpu radiator and another one beside it as exhaust too, side 2 fans as intake and finally the rare one as exhaust. Will this be ok? just concerned about using a radiator next to a fan.

AND if i dont buy that case (i dont really want to spend extra money since im broke atm lol)
So, if i dont buy that case and use the case im currently using in this way --> front fan as intake, side panel fan as intake and rare fan for cpu radiator? is it ok to use cpu radiator as an exhaust for the cpu and for the whole case too?

PLEASE HELP.

(USED SPECCY FOR TEMP)

HERE IS MY PC CONFIGURATION.
AMD FX 6300 6 CORE CPU
NVIDIA 650 GPU
8 GB RAM
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard

You should be able to buy thermal paste for a lot cheaper than a water cooler online or at computer stores and it should bring your temps down drastically. Applying it is not difficult and less risky if you are careful and use something that does not conduct electricity like arctic cooling mx-4. The tesseract would have a lot better airflow and would bring temps down from your current case but it is of no use if you don't reapply the thermal paste.

If you do end up buying the tesseract or any other case, keep front, side and bottom fans as intake while top and rear fans must always be exhaust. Also try to keep the number of exhaust fans > the number of intake fans.
