I need help for my GTX 1050 Ti sill having some low FPS

My Pc has i7 intel(R) core i7 3770 CPU at 3.40Ghz 3.90 Ghz
I just recently upgraded my Nvidia 770 to Nvidia 1050 Ti and now I'm experiencing stuttering for all my games specially csgo
Please help

Run a local LAN game or single player and see if it still stutters; some folks' high framerates actually cause servers to stutter over a marginal internet connection.

I'm still stuttering on a single player mode

See if there is a way to command line cap your FPS to something reasonable...

(Certainly no advantage to having 200 fps on a 60 Hz monitor)

I set the fps limit to 50
still nothing happen still stuttering

delete all references to "display adapter" in control panel/system/device manager..

Reset, let Windows detect/install what it wishes, then reinstall GPU software...

Check CPU-z during a Windows Defender scan, is your cpu ramping up to 3.9 Ghz turbo?

With no browser open, what is your task manager/cpu utilization? (Any mysterious tasks keeping it at/near 100%?)
