Question I need help getting my fans to work

Hi, I'm trouble with my pc. I have an NZXT Manta case with a factory installed fan hub that won't spin the fans connected to it. However, it will spin the CPU cooler fan. In the bios all the fans that are connected to the motherboard spin right and can be controlled with ease. I know that the fans attached to the hub won't have that same level of control but I'd at least like them to spin. The hub itself seems fine, it powers the led's for the back light and the logo light and powers the CPU fan, but it wont spin any of the case fans.

Case: NZXT Manta
Motherboard: Asus Strix B350i
CPU fan/cooler: Cryorig C1 w/120mm fan
Case fans:
Front intake 2x 140mm Cryrig fans
top exhaust 120mm Cryorig fan
back exhasust: 120mm factory installed fan from NZXT

Did you connect power to the fan hub?
And then there is a cable to connect from the Controller tot the CPU_Fan header on the motherboard.

Which Cryorig fans? although I cant think of any that aren't PMW so they should all work

I would say contact NZXT, I suspect your Fan hub or PMW cable that goes to the CPU_Fan header is bad.
