What is the difference between these two?

APC Back-UPS 1100VA, 230V, AVR, Universal and IEC Sockets = BX1100LI-MShttp://
APC Back-UPS 1100VA, AVR, 230V, ASEAN = BX1100CI-MShttp://

The BX1100LI-MS model is a lot cheaper and I don't know why. Can you enlighten me on this please. Thanks in advance

Not much. I don't even have a GPU as I'm using an APU for my processor. I use it mainly for work so I was hoping I could get whichever is cheaper, but at the same time, the best quality
