I need help my pc is not working like it should be

I have gtx 1050 ti fx 6300 8gb ram 1600mhz and i get low fps on games CSGO on low 55-70fps some times even 30 no GPU or CPU overheating GPU has full usage what can it be i need help

A few things to check...

-Make sure your monitor is plugged into the 1050 ti and not the motherboard.
-Make sure your 1050 ti driver's are up to date.

-Make sure the system isn't overheating, CPU should be under 60C and GPU should be under 80C.

CPU 30-40C GPU 50-60C monitor is in my GPU and drivers are up to date

Hmm I'm not really sure what the issue could be, the next things I would try is doing full scans with Bitdefender (Free)/Malwarebytes (Free). If those come back with nothing then I'd make sure there's nothing unnecessary running in the background.

I will try this started happening after i changed my GPU and its in the pcie 16x slot

Gtx 760 wundforce i deleted all old drivers and downloaded new ones after i got my new GPU

Ok so the drivers shouldn't be the issue, there is another thing that may help and that is a BIOS update.

BIOS updated same results

I'm out of ideas atm, if I come up with anything I'll post back and other ppl may be able to help as well.
