I bought a optiplex 790 motherboard mini atx h2 part 0hy9jp and i was wondering if i can get any micro atx case because i tryed using my old dell case and it was sff and it wouldnt even turn on i was wondering if i can use a Rosewill SRM-01 Black Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case for Intel & AMD System thanks.

Well if the motherboard size is a micro atx... then yes you can basically get any micro atx case.

Nope. Dell uses proprietary front panel I/O connectors, so it is not standard board per say. It would be major headache, there is no pinouts available for any Dell, so you would be on your own.
