I need help picking a good speaker.

If you pay peanuts, you will get monkeys.
And if you want cheap and good speakers, you have to buy two speakers: the cheap one and the good one.

With this small of a budget, pick any speaker from any of the sites, that fit your budget (selection isn't much, i checked), and be content with what you get.

E.g this thing,

It has RGB, so, it's a great deal. (Might even give you some more FPS.)

Edit: If i were you, i'd collect more money and buy a far better PSU. Since what you have, is low quality PSU, not sufficient enough (build quality wise) to power any gaming rig.

After what you told me I can spare some money so I gonna buy logitech z207, I heard great reviews on it.
For my psu I think it is pointless at the time to upgrade because my friend is saving to have his own pc and I am thinking to sell him my pc without without gpu, monitor and storage and get my self something new, and use old gpu till I can afford a better one

For my psu I think it is pointless at the time to upgrade because

Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC. And here, question isn't if, but when your PSU blows up, and takes everything it is connected to, with it. <- This is the power of cheap PSUs, like yours. Sure, they cost peanuts but they will make you pay far more down the road.

If you're lucky when PSU goes sky high, you'll loose your entire PC. If not, then this can happen,

Also, not all PSUs are created equal. For example, two PSUs,

Both are 650W, 80+ Gold units, yet, Seasonic unit costs double of what PowerSpec unit costs. Can you tell me why is that? And which of the two would you pick?
