Hello I just got a Samsung 860 evo ssd for Christmas. I am not the best with pcs. I have installed done the migrating software and everything is over. When I unplug my old hard disk drive it boots up on windows on my ssd and does it really quick. However, when I plug the hdd back in then go to bios it says my hdd is the windows boot manager and everyone starts to go slow again. I can get the speed I just can’t use my 2tb hard drive for some reason. Could someone please help me with this as I need that hdd for storage but I don’t wnat it to be slow thanks.

That setting is there, keep looking or look online for your motherboard model manual or support. Make sure the SSD with the cloned copy of the original drive is on the same connection as that old drive used to be, move the original drive to another SATA connection.
