Question I need help please

Hey guys, I went to turn on my computer one day and when I did it just said no signal on the monitor. I looked in my computer and my graphics card fans are like turning on and going for a half second then going off again. Is my graphics card dead or is this normal and how do I fix this issue. My graphics card is a 980ti

What is the EXACT model of your power supply, AND, what are the rest of your system hardware specifications?

Have you done or changed ANYTHING between the time that it last worked properly and the time it didn't? Anything? Windows updates? Drivers? Added any hardware?
