I need help! Please!

Hello everyone,

I just moved my computer from its old case into a new one. When I boot it up, it seems that everything is alright except one big issue: there is no display. The HD, CD-rom, processor, and vid card all seem to be running and working. The monitor is getting a signal (when i disconnect it it says "NO SIGNAL" on the screen). I've checked all the wire connectins, especialyl the vid card, countless times. Please, any bizzare suggestions will be appreciated!!!
