I didn't change the case or RAM as I'm guessing your going for a black and red color theme?

Try and buy everything from the same place (I bought everything back in February from PCCaseGear). You don't have a good PSU, and my one costs a little more so that won't really help cut down your price. You can look for Antec, Seasonic or XFX PSUs that are 500-600W to try and cut down. Corsair CX is garbage.

Instead of going with an AMD build you can find a good intel i5 for $200 or so and a motherboard to go with it. Additionally, G Skill Ares is just as good as RipJaws and if its cheaper you can pick that.

You can cut down the GPU to an R9 270X which is around $220 and maybe buy a different case. Other than that I'm not too sure how else to cut down (I've only built 1 PC 😛)
