I Need Help Selecting a Motherboard

I'm planning on hopefully building my first gaming PC later this year. I was wondering what things should I be looking for in a motherboard(such as ports, accessories, etc.).

The motherboard you choose relies first upon what CPU you are aiming to as there are different sockets for different processor series then you will want to look into which motherboard offers you the most features that you want within your price range. Hope that helps
