I need help setting up my modem router

I recently bought a netgear d6400. Everything was fine until I got to the log in process, I tried everything to log in with, my wifi name and password, my old routers log in info, nothing worked. So how do I log in and get this router to connect to the server? I'm really frustrated right now.

I did that log in info is for the settings of it. I did try that. Also when I tested the Internet it said it wasn't connected to the server. Any other ideas?
