I need help Trying to reinstall windows 7

I was trying to reinstall windows 7 earlier today and I was almost done with the installation but the installation was stuck so i restarted my laptop (it was an HP but got a new HDD) and whenever i try to install it, it says "windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT". on both partitions. (Sorry about this i'm really not that great with installing windows

boot using the windows cd or usb stick. go into advance mode and delete all of the partion you see then reboot. on reboot windows will install the system partion and the data partion for you.
