I need help understanding this.

i recently had a amd fx-4100 processor with a gtx 760 and i thought it was bottlenecking the graphics card so i went out and purchased a new amd fx6350 and im still getting fps issues. i have no idea why this is happening. should i uninstall and reinstall the graphics card drivers or are there drivers for the processor i need to download. i have no idea why im getting bad fps. can someone help me?

im playing league currently and im getting below 60 fps :/

it says it cant find drivers but im not using a radeon graphics card

nvidia geforce gtx 760
amd fx 6350 six core processor
corsair cx600m
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

the settings are on the highest but i have always had them on the highest even with my oldest graphics card the 550 ti and i also was only running a amd fx-4100 at that time and got a constant 60 fps.

Go in to power settings set to high performance and if that's not helping go into bios and turn off cool n quiet

if neither of those did anything what would be wrong still

Could be a couple things psu mobo bios I can tell you that a 6350 and a 760 have no problem running lol
